A huge THANK YOU to Cheryl the resident manager at Bay Tree apartments.  She does an awesome job with every aspect of managing the apartment complex.  She is very knowledgeable and knows at all times the status of all the units.  I had an outstanding career in the military as an officer working for very senior individuals to include General Officers and the personal doctor of the Secretary of Defense and the Chairman of the Joints Chiefs of Staff.  Therefore I know exactly what leadership is about and can say with confidence that Cheryl exemplifies leadership.  She ensures all policies and procedures are being followed.  She communicates well with all residents and potential residents.  She also knows how to articulate/communicate maintenance priorities to staff members (Charlie).  I have no doubt if Cheryl would have joined the military (officer or enlisted) she would have easily been promoted to the senior ranks.  Her big heart was also much appreciated every time I stopped by to vent about a difficult situation I'm currently going thru.  Please pass on my sincerest THANKS to her.  - GS

I love it here. I've lived at Baytree for over 6 years and recently moved into a bigger apartment.  Very nice neighborhood full of working people and is animal friendly.  Great place to live i'll probably be here until I purchase a house.  - R

The staff are like friends, the maintenance staff works hard to fix anything as quickly as possible.  The buildings are older but that's actually a plus as I rarely hear any noise from outside my apartment.  The neighbors are friendly and quick to help, for example when carrying in large packages.  With the keypad on the outside doors I feel safe regardless of when I need to come or go. Only complaint is I wish everything in the apartment (walls and floors) weren't beige.  When my family decided to move to Dover, into an apartment after living for more than 40 years in my own home, I had many concerns, financial, my husbands wish list for an apartment, and I being noise sensitive.  Plus I wasn't able to see the apartment prior to traveling down to sign the lease.  However, Cheryl was so welcoming, the move which was complicated and the neighbors came out and helped the movers.  Maintenance came right over to resolve the couple of issues we had upon moving in.  When my husband found Baytree I wasn't sure he had all the facts correct about the amenities but the gym, and pool were exactly as described.  I can't believe how much I love my apartment and the layout.  The storage is amazing, the kitchen has plenty of room, I'm trying to fill all the cupboards but that's a challange.  The windows allow tons of sunshine.  The balcony is large enough for a table, chairs and my plants.  The air conditioning does well considering the heat this summer.  Did I mention the access to shopping, anything you want is within 2 or 3 miles.  Also a beautiful park 6 blocks away.  The location couldn't be better, easy access to Route 1, and Route 13.   (A current resident)

So far I haven't had any probelms in the building that I live in.  The young men are nice and everybody is very friendly.  We all speak to each other and I really feel safe there.
